We went to London to visit the National Portrait Gallery which was amazing and we also got to some makeup shopping! We visited the Mac store and the Charles Fox store and I thought I'd let you know what I thought.

The Mac store was very busy, of course, but I thought that the staff were coping well. There was always someone to grab if you wanted a product or help, but you had to go up to them as they were so busy. There was a separate floor for the Mac Pro which I liked because it was obvious what was a Pro product and what wasn't. I think they would benefit from having a bigger space, but obviously there are cost worries that come with that. One of the products that I wanted to purchase was out of stock, so maybe they could look into their stock more closely. There was popular chart music playing which created a fun atmosphere and one of the staff was even thrown some moves!

The Charles Fox store was pretty much empty and very quiet, with very quiet music playing. There were not many staff and they were all busy so, even though there weren't many people there, you had to catch the right moment to ask them for help. The staff didn't offer their help, so you had to make sure to grab their attention. Everything looked very clean and polished, with bright lighting, and everything was clearly laid out, making it easy to find what you were looking for. There was a halloween section which I thought looked messy as there were some boxes left out and it was too crowded.
